A block of hotel rooms is available for July 30 and/or July 31 at the Doubletree by Hilton Ann Arbor North at this link. The block will be held until July 12, after which they will be released. A free shuttle will be provided on July 31 from the Doubletree to Pierpont Commons on North Campus where the event will be held.
If you'd like to make your own hotel arrangements, the following hotels are often used by campus visitors.

If you will be driving to campus, please be aware that parking on North Campus is severely limited. The campus is currently undergoing some exciting expansion projects, but, because of the construction, a lot of parking spaces are temporarily unavailable. This parking map will give you more details (visitor parking areas are marked in red). The closest visitor parking option to GG Brown is the lot behind the Walgreen Drama Center.
